US expressed its issues over China’s alignment with Russia in assembly
The United States is anxious about China’s alignment with Russia and has raised these issues to Beijing, a US official stated on Monday following a gathering of high American and Chinese officers in Rome.
US nationwide safety adviser Jake Sullivan and China’s high diplomat Yang Jiechi had a considerable dialogue of Russia’s conflict in opposition to Ukraine of their assembly on Monday, the White House stated in an announcement.
It added that Mr Sullivan and Mr Yang lined a spread of points and “also underscored the importance of maintaining open lines of communication between the United States and China”.

A senior administration official advised reporters the assembly was “an intense seven-hour session reflecting the gravity of the moment” and the US dedication to sustaining open strains of communication.
