Sex and the City alum Sarah Jessica Parker has launched a range of low-alcohol wines made exclusively in Australia, selling for just $20 a bottle.
Better known as journalist Carrie Bradshaw, her designer fashion-loving character in the hit TV series, Ms Parker has turned her attention to vino, collaborating with wine company Invivo to create Sevenly.
Australian wine-lovers will be the first in the world to sip the 7 per cent alcohol Sevenly selection with the brand staging its global launch Down Under.

The collection includes a Prosecco filled with unique floral notes, a full bodied and fresh Sauvignon Blanc, a bold Rosé with delicious fruit sweetness and a Red Blend with a subtle kiss of toasty oak.

‘We know our customers are interested in low and no alcohol alternatives and are enjoying shopping within the dedicated areas we have created in store,’ Coles Liquor General Manager in Merchandise Brad Gorman said.

This is the second range of wines that Ms Parker has created with her partners Tim Lightbourne and Rob Cameron at Invivo.

Commitment to sustainability was also important and all wines are produced at a winery in Australia that sources 100 per cent of its energy from solar and wind power.
‘We hope our new Sevenly range will be well received by our customers looking for lighter wine options for their gatherings or evening meals,’ Ms Parker said.
‘It’s been an interesting process led by my winery partners at Invivo to create wines that have less alcohol but still a great deal of flavour and mouthfeel to them, which is important to us.’
Created in response to the ongoing demand for lower alcohol wines that offer the same enjoyment as full-strength options, Sevenly is made for sessionable moments without compromising on taste.
