Married At First Sight bride Tracey Jewel has announced that she is taking a break from social media to focus on her mental health.
‘I’m going offline for a while,’ the mother-of-one, 39, posted to Instagram on Sunday evening.
‘I think I’ve been scared to admit that my mental health has been spiralling and my depression and anxiety from years ago has come back,’ she continued.

‘I’ve been battling hard. And for those also struggling.. it’s ok to have ups and downs and it really is ok to not be ok much,’ she added.
This isn’t the first time the Perth-based author has opened up about her struggles with mental health.
Back in August Tracey shared an emotional selfie to Instagram and candidly admitted she has hit a rough patch as a parent.

‘Parenting can be so hard sometimes,’ Tracey, who welcomed her second child last year, wrote beside the accompanying image.
‘I don’t cry very often but the last few days have really got me. Mental and physical exhaustion with a sick toddler and battling my own health issues.
‘The struggle is real. But I wouldn’t trade being a mumma for anything! Big love to mummas who are struggling right now’.
Earlier this year, Tracey admitted that she was suffering from anxiety after welcoming her son baby Frankie in March 2021.

She asked fans: ‘Tell me the things you used to do easily before becoming a mum that you now struggle with?’
The reality star followed it up with the things she misses, including, ‘Drinking hot coffee, getting to the gym, more than 6 hours of sleep in a row, long showers and watching a movie uninterrupted.’
Tracey also uploaded a selfie along with a caption about struggling with anxiety in May.

‘Friends give me anxiety. It’s the only part of my anxiety for the past few years that’s been hard to shift…’ she said.
‘I get stressed at the thought of one on one catch-ups and deeper connections with people,’ Tracey continued.
‘I use business as the veil to keep a distance from people and a bub is a great reason and excuse to cancel plans. And I have used ‘self care’ as a form of sabotage to not see people.

‘The truth is I’ve been hurt by a lot of past friends, and I’m okay with not focusing on friendships right now… For those reading this with social anxiety, I feel you.. and ‘being’ as you are is enough.’
The former MAFS star welcomed her son with husband and high school sweetheart Nathan Constable, who she married back in February in a surprise ceremony.
The new bub is the second child for Tracey, who shares a nine-year-old daughter with her ex-husband Jacob Anthonisz.
Tracey is best known for appearing on Married At First Sight’s fifth season in 2018, where she was paired with bad boy Dean Wells.
