Jonathan Owens – and his Olympic superstar wife Simone Biles – are leaving Green Bay after just one season, with the safety agreeing a two-year contract with the Chicago Bears.
According to multiple reports, Owens is set to sign with the Bears on a two-year, $4.5m deal that will see the high-profile pair leave Green Bay.
The former Texans and Cardinals player, 28, was heading into free agency but has now found a landing spot.
Owens and Biles met on the celebrity dating app Raya in 2020, when she was already a four-time Olympic gold medalist and considered one of the greatest gymnasts of all-time.
The couple met online during the height of the coronavirus pandemic while Owens was on the Texans and Biles had her chance to continue Olympic dominance delayed a year.

Biles and Owens got engaged in 2022 and were married last April.
Owens came under fire late last year for admitting he did not know who Biles was before the pair met.
