- 1 handful fresh or frozen bitter leaf
- Ice (optional)

- Thoroughly wash the greens
- Place the greens first inside the food process
- Add little water to easy the rotation
- Blend for 30 – 45 Seconds to give a soft headstart.
- Place the wash/diced fruits (in no particular other)
- Once all ingredients together in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Filter to remove particles.
- Serve in a glass with ice.
