Who is Raymond Reese ?
A Florida real estate agent was fatally ambushed while trying to sell a home Thursday, and police arrested a 51-year-old man described by neighbors as a “disgruntled tenant” who had recently moved out of the home.
Sara Trost, a young mother from the UK who started her own business changing discount houses in South Florida, was sitting in her Jeep in the driveway at 12:30 p.m. when she was shot multiple times, police said.
A neighbor, Roben Cipriani, said he was on a work call at her home when he heard two shots. “I turned to my wife and said, ‘I think it was gunshots,’” he told Local 10 News. “I got a little closer to the Jeep and saw some blood.”
Arrested and Charged
Hours later, officers arrested Raymond Wesley Reese, 51, of Boca Raton. He faces a murder charge in connection with Trost’s death.
Police believe the victim was shot and killed by a disgruntled former tenant of the home, Raymond Reese, 51, who was arrested earlier that day.
The alarm first went off at the three-bedroom property around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
But despite the best efforts of paramedics, the mother of one was pronounced dead at the scene.
“When officers arrived, they discovered a vehicle with an occupant in the driver’s seat suffering multiple gunshot wounds,” the Coral Springs Police Department confirmed in a statement.

“Despite immediate medical treatment, the driver succumbed to her injuries at the scene and was pronounced dead.”
Shortly after the incident, Mr. Reese was taken into custody, as neighbors later claimed that he had been upset after being kicked out of the $ 515,000 home.

“Here in the United States we seem to start and stop at ‘thoughts and prayers.’ It doesn’t seem to be working well, ”she added.
Police have now confirmed that her death remains under investigation and that the suspect will remain in custody.
No date has been set for the trial.
