Singer Adele has been working hard at boosting her health and fitness, and the result has been fantastic. The mum-of-one posted a picture to her Instagram showing off a noticeably slimmer figure, with fitness enthusiasts eager to find out how she did it.
It turns out the answer might be thanks to health and fitness gurus who have worked with Lady Gaga and Cameron Diaz.
Adele reportedly trained with a fitness guru who has been known to help Lady Gaga boost her strength.
LA-based trainer Harley Pasternak has also trained Rihanna and Katy Perry over the years.
The singer was also on top of her diet, despite not being a “fan of cooking”, thanks to a celebrity chef who was recommended to her by actress Cameron Diaz.

So how did the celebrity experts help Adele achieve her weight loss?
According to The Sunday Mirror, Adele has been following 35-minute long fitness regimes five times a week.
The source told The Sunday Mirror: “Adele is feeling incredible at the moment and her weight loss is due to a lot of things but she is also been getting tips from Harley.
“Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”
She also ate a well-balanced diet rich in nutrients and healthy food which was developed for her by chef Jason Harley.

The Sirtfood diet reportedly encourages some treats, including red wine and dark chocolate.
The Sunday Mirror source says: “She would have a green juice in the morning then work out. She wouldn’t usually eat until 3 pm or 4 pm so she was also doing a lot of intermittent fasting.”
However, the singing sensation herself has not confirmed any of these rumours and has remained right lipped about her weight loss.
Adele in London in summer 2019
Her former London-based trainer Pete Geracimo spoke out recently, revealing the starlet has always had the aim of being “healthy” rather than focussing solely on losing weight.
“When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny,” said Mr Geracimo.
“It was about getting her healthy. Especially post-pregnancy and post-surgery.
“When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13-month gruelling schedule.
“In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices. As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice.
“Her body transformation was splashed across every media outlet. The attention it generated was mind-blowing.”
Images of her transformation came to light after her 32nd birthday, when she posted a picture to her Instagram thanking friends for sending her birthday messages.
The singer looked glowing in a figure-hugging black dress with high neck and balloon sleeves.
Celebrity friends were quick to comment on her new look.
