Anaemia is a blood disorder that happens to people who have les number of healthy red blood cells in the body. The main function of the red blood cells is to transport oxygen to the tissues. This is an essential function without which our organs might not receive enough oxygen. Anaemia can make patients tired and weak. For this reason, it is important to exercise.
