BLAKE Shelton has been called out for not spending enough time with his wife amid rumors the couple is facing marriage troubles.
The country singer recently announced tickets were on sale for his upcoming concert in Oklahoma.
The March 30 event will take place at the Bok Center and feature special guests Ronnie Dunn, Kristin Chenoweth, Wade Hayes, The Swon Brothers, and more.
Blake, 47, shared an Instagram video with clips of him performing onstage, along with the official flyer for the event.
While many fans showed excitement for the show, others were more concerned about Blake’s relationship with his wife, Gwen Stefani, 54.
The couple, who met as judges on The Voice and tied the knot in 2021, have been at the center of marriage troubles in recent weeks.
Taking to the post’s comments section, one follower wrote, “I won’t want to go because he should be trying to make his marriage work before more concerts.”
Last week, Blake received similar comments on a post of him and singer Lauren Alaina, 29, while filming the season 2 finale episode of his bar-themed celebrity game show, Barmageddon.
“You need to start spending time with your wife before you lose her,” one person wrote in the comments section of Blake’s Instagram post.
“Gwen did a mistake trusting you,” a second replied.
FURTHER APART
Focusing on their individual opportunities, chatter has been brewing that the couple’s relationship is on the rocks while spending more time apart.
Blake has also been putting energy into other business ventures away from his wife, such as his Back to the Honky Tonk National Tour that kicks off in February.
Along with the tour, he has been announcing other concert dates around the country as well, which are happening in the coming months.
Blake has also been busy with the new Las Vegas location of his bar and restaurant, Ole Red, which opened earlier this month.
As for Gwen, the Rich Girl singer is focusing on her brand, recently filing a trademark for a new pop-up beauty store for her cosmetics line, GXVE Beauty.
Gwen also announced she would be rejoining her band, No Doubt, for an upcoming show at this year’s Coachella.
Adding to the list, the hitmaker was selected to perform at the 2024 NFL Super Bowl LVIII in two weeks.
NOT THE BEST START
They recently spent New Year’s Eve apart, with Blake performing in Nashville, Tennessee, and Gwen hosting a party in Las Vegas.
After the holiday, an insider spoke to Life & Style claiming that Blake was “really upset” and “disappointed” that he couldn’t spend the night with his wife.
“Gwen and Blake’s marriage is definitely in trouble,” the source alleged.
“Lately, they’ve been at odds about everything from career decisions and the parenting of her three boys to where they spend most of their time.
“The tension continues to grow, and Blake and Gwen are drifting apart as a result,” they added.
