Bo Hopkins American actor who is well known for his portrayal in the “American Graffiti” and ” The Wild Bunch” and has a career spanning six decades in the entertainment industry and worked in more than 100 films and also five decades in the tv series passed away by a suspected heart attack on 28th May at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in Van Nuys at the age of 80 years.
Bo Hopkins appeared in the television roles including “The Phyllis Diller Show,” “Gunsmoke” and “The Andy Griffith Show,”. Hopkins has done his works including Wild Bunch (1969), The Getaway (1972), American Graffiti (1973), The Man Who Loved Cat Dancing (1973), Posse (1975), and Midnight Express (1978).
In the 1985 film What Comes Around Hopkins played brothers, Joe Hawkins and Tom Hawkins. Hopkins was best known for his role in the seminal Oscar-winning drama “Midnight Express” and George Lucas’ “American Graffiti.
