Forget traditional cheese and antipasto platters, Caesar salad grazing boards are now sweeping the nation.

Hundreds are now obsessing over the latest trend after Sarah, the founder of The Delicious Life food blog, shared her stunning creations to Instagram.

‘First salad on a board of 2020: Caesar with new favourite “crouton” crunchy crisped cheese,’ she wrote.

Sarah filled a wooden tray with endive, castelveltrano olives, lemon, avocado, celery, pickled pink onions, roasted garlic, radicchio, green daikon radish, eggs and little gem lettuces.

She completed the board with crunchy cheese, her anchovy vinaigrette and made a yoghurt Caesar.

Although many may choose to buy vinaigrette and Caesar dressing, Sarah made her own.

She has also shared different variations of the board including one with cucumber, marinated anchovies, parmesan crisps and crumbles and medium boiled eggs

This comes after a Canberra-based baker’s pavlova grazing board recently took the internet by storm.

Shalini, who is the founder of Swish Biscuits, shared her impressive platter to her Facebook page.

She filled a wooden tray with mini meringues and surrounded them with little jars filled with passionfruit, Nutella, homemade raspberry sauce, salted caramel and lemon curd.

She completed the board with lots of fruit, coconut, chocolate and fresh mint.

‘Everyone gets to make their own custom pavs just the way they like it,’ she wrote.
