Chrissie Swan has undergone an incredible slim-down recently.
And the 47-year-old radio host revealed on Tuesday one of the secrets to her weight loss has been going on long walks.
Chrissie, who has mostly kept her body transformation off social media, told her Instagram followers she’d walked 150km in the past fortnight.

The Nova FM presenter is raising money for the Fred Hollows Foundation, which focuses on treating and preventing blindness and other vision problems.
‘Okay, in huge and quite frankly surprising news for me, yesterday I completed 150km in two weeks for Fred’s Big Run and the Fred Hollows Foundation,’ she began.
Chrissie said she was now aiming to walk 300km.

‘No one is more surprised than me that I did this already. Because the challenge goes for the whole month of August I am doubling down and now striving for 300km,’ she explained.
‘Will I be able to do it? I really don’t know. But I’m going to give it my best shot.’
Chrissie then turned her attention to the fundraiser and said an anonymous company had offered to match her donations for the next $15,000.

‘It only takes $25 to correct the eyesight of a fellow human with avoidable blindness and the Fred Hollows Foundation works all over the world,’ she said.
Chrissie added that the charity operates in both Australia and abroad.
The mother of three recently announced she’d given up alcohol and turned to meditation and walking during Melbourne‘s gruelling 112-day lockdown last year.

‘I’m not one for New Year’s resolutions but I’ve become serious about carving out some “me time” this year,’ she wrote on Instagram in July.
After saying she had ‘read everything there is to read about self care,’ she took action during the city’s Covid lockdown.
‘I’ve never done anything about it, until now,’ she said.
‘Learning how to meditate kicked it off for me and I realised after the first 10-minute block that it was the first time in ages I’d stopped and slowed down with my own well-being top of mind.’
The Celebrity MasterChef star also revealed she ‘doesn’t put pressure on’ herself, but walks ‘somewhere’ most days.
‘Sometimes for 20 minutes, sometimes for an hour. Sometimes three little walks, sometimes none!’ she said.
