A POLICE chief has been accused of helping cover up an alleged gang rape involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Maui’s Police Chief John Pelletier, 52, has been named in a bombshell amended complaint in an ongoing lawsuit alongside NFL star Odell Beckham Jr and comedian Druski.
All four have strongly denied any wrongdoing.
The cop has been accused of attempting to hide an apparent violent attack on his accuser Ashley Parham, the plaintiff in the lawsuit.
Pelletier was a police captain in Las Vegas at the time of the alleged March 2018 attack in California and has been accused in the filing of posing as a Contra Costa sheriff’s deputy.
The accuser claimed the cop arrived after she ran out of the home after the gang rape and rushed to a neighbor’s house.
The lawsuit said: “Plaintiff told Defendant Pelletier, believing he was a Sheriff from local police, she had been violently gang raped by Defendant Diddy and others and that she did not have her clothes, phone, purse, car keys or cell phone.”
This suit claimed the cop said he responded to reports of noise complaints and told Parham to find a way home.
Pelletier allegedly did not offer to take Plaintiff home, call for emergency services, take her to hospital, or help recover her clothes from the home.
Instead, the suit claimed Pelletier handed the neighbor an envelope that the alleged victim believed was cash.
A spokesperson for the police chief said: “We are confident that the evidence will demonstrate these claims to be false and will expose those who are deliberately trying to manipulate the legal system to spread misleading narratives.”
These shocking civil court documents also named the NFL star and comedian, saying they were involved at Diddy’s home.
The complaint alleges: “Plaintiff has come to discover the Defendant Doe Cornelius who raped her was Defendant Odell.”
It said one of the people involved in the gang rape was referred to as “Cornelius,” and Parham remembered the name as it was “so odd and unique”.
This lawsuit also claimed that Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, was instructed to rape Parham by Diddy.
It is alleged that he “doused Plaintiff with more oil/lubricant” before jumping on her body – “treating it like a slip and slide”.
The lawsuit claimed Druski “knocked the wind out of Plaintiff due to his enormous size” before he allegedly raped her.
Papers also claimed that Parham’s body became “more and more limp over the course of the violent rape.”
Parham also alleged Diddy and Druski “manically and hysterically laughing, which Plaintiff attributed to their drug use”.
Two other plaintiffs, named only as Jane Doe and John Doe allegedly witnessed a gang rape of Parham.
The lawsuits allege John Doe heard Diddy and Beckham Jr “discussing business and the plan to have Plaintiff Parham return to New York” with the NFL star.
It claims Diddy, Beckham Jr and Druski “caused physical injury, severe mental and emotional distress, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and loss of enjoyment of life”.
Beckham Jr, who was playing for the New York Giants at the time of the alleged events, hit back at claims on social media, writing: “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense.
“I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno [sic] who am I , I kno [sic] who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared.”
Druski blasted the allegations as “a fabricated lie”.
He wrote: “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of the allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
