Paris Hilton became the latest high-profile figure to deny cosmetically altering her famous face when she said last week that she’s ‘all natural.’

She said on a podcast: ‘I’ve stayed out of the sun. I’ve never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing.’

But Dr Dennis Schimpf, a cosmetic plastic surgeon based in South Carolina, has his doubts.‘I think you really couldn’t argue that her lips are definitely more full and her jawline has a much more prominent kind of structure [than when she was in her 20s],’ he said.

‘If you look back at her early pictures, she had kind of a narrowing at the jaw line coming to her chin, and now she has almost a full roundness that was done, most likely, by fillers.’

Ms Hilton is far from the first celebrity to refute rumors of surgery or injectable ‘tweakments.’

Famous faces in Hollywood often try to dispel rumors of their possible cosmetic alterations to avoid public scrutiny and judgment or to avoid encouraging copycats.

Dr David Shokrian, a prominent cosmetic plastic surgeon in New York City, called out those he believes may be exaggerating about their cosmetic procedures, including Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez.

Dr Shokrian told DailyMail.com: ‘It’s virtually impossible to maintain such idealized appearances without professional surgical or non-surgical enhancements.’

Paris Hilton shook the internet when she disclosed that she has maintained her perfect complexion and trim figure without the help of cosmetic procedures or minimally invasive injectables.

Dr Shokrian said the socialite’s ‘youthful glow and sculpted features’ defy her age, 43.

‘At 43, her skin also appears remarkably smooth, suggesting laser treatments or other advanced skin-tightening procedures.

He added that The sharpness of her nose and the defined contours of her jawline suggest that more than just Botox is at play, such as rhinoplasty or jaw augmentation.

Paris Hilton has denied ever undergoing plastic surgery, Botox, or fillers. She attributes her flawless, wrinkle-free complexion to a lifetime of sun protection and a 10-step skincare routine since she was a teenager.

She also has a spa in her home that includes everything from a hyperbaric chamber to a cryotherapy machine and an LED bed.

Another celebrity whose statements have been the subject of speculation is Jennifer Lopez, famous for her apparent agelessness.

The singer has frequently denied claims of having undergone surgery to maintain her youthful look, crediting her glowing skin and striking appearance to a dedicated skincare routine, consistent beauty sleep, and healthy lifestyle habits.

Dr Shokrian attributed her contoured facial structure and flawless skin to ‘a combination of surgical and non-surgical procedures.’

He added: ‘Rhinoplasty, fillers, Botox, or even a brow lift could explain her smooth, lifted look, while body contouring may account for her enviable figure. These enhancements, if true, highlight the sophisticated, natural approach of modern cosmetic surgery.’

Similarly ageless Kim Kardashian has also vehemently denied surgical tweaks despite widespread speculation for over a decade. She has, however, admitted to receiving Botox injections to smooth out wrinkles.

She has been credited with driving a boom in young women flocking to cosmetic surgeons’ offices to achieve the same sculpted cheekbones, fox eyes, and flawless hourglass figures.

Experts speculated that JLo's contoured face and flawless skin could result from a mix of surgical and non-surgical procedures, like rhinoplasty, fillers, Botox, or a brow lift, while body contouring may explain her hourglass figure

Dr Schimpf said that the changes to her face since before she became a household name are ‘not a natural result of her aging’ or her weight loss, which had proven dramatic over the past few years.

He said that Ms Kardashian has likely gotten filler in several more areas of her face: ‘When somebody just globally loses weight, you can tell because they have kind of deflation and flattening of their whole face and everything just seems to drop, whereas, if you look at some pictures of Kim Kardashian, to some degree they have decreased.

‘They’re offsetting that weight loss by adding volume in the areas that we don’t want to lose, whereas just straight weight loss, you don’t really have control where you’re losing that volume in your face.’

Kim Kardashian has frequently addressed plastic surgery rumors, dismissing speculation about major procedures while acknowledging some cosmetic enhancements.

She has admitted to using treatments like Botox but has denied undergoing surgeries such as a nose job, facelifts, or butt implants. Despite her emphasis on non-surgical treatments and a strict skincare routine, speculation about her changing appearance persists, which she has occasionally expressed frustration over.

But experts have pointed to the mismatch in size between her hips, derriere, and her legs, which, while muscular, are thinner than would be expected for a backside of that volume.

Dr Schimpf said: ‘She definitely has a ratio that does not appear to be normal, so it’s pretty hard to argue if you look at younger pictures of her, that she’s not had enhancements done to her buttocks.’

He said that the filler could be anything from fat grafting to something called Sculptra, an injectable treatment that comes in a vial and works differently from regular fillers.

Kim Kardashian likely had filler in multiple areas of her face, as weight loss alone causes a general deflation and drooping, while her appearance shows more targeted changes, plastic surgeons said

Instead of just adding volume immediately, Sculptra encourages your body to produce more collagen over time, gradually restoring fullness and smoothing out the skin.

He added that in addition to likely ‘gluteal implants,’ she has likely had ‘waistline or flank lower back liposuction to kind of pull that area in and contour it to make her hips and butt look even bigger.’

Angelina Jolie, also a mother, has maintained a youthful appearance well into her 40s.

While she has denied any cosmetic enhancements multiple times, Dr Shokrian posited that the Oscar winner has had several procedures, ‘including a facelift, eyelid rejuvenation, forehead lift, lip lift, and volume restoration with non-invasive injectables.

‘These enhancements have kept her looking timeless and elegant.’

Another actor, Michelle Pfeiffer, 66, has been similarly praised for her poise and grace over a decades-spanning career.

The Golden Globe winner has likely undergone one or two facelifts, combined with a brow lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), to help maintain a youthful, rejuvenated appearance, Dr Shokrian added.

‘In recent photos, there are signs of a more recent facelift, additional work on her brows, and possibly a lip lift.’

It’s a common [tale] in Hollywood — celebrities chalk up their poreless skin, wrinkle-free complexions and flawlessly contoured figures to diet, quality skincare, and ‘a lot of water.’

Dr Akis Ntonos, a dermatologist who has been dubbed the ‘Top Aesthetic Injector’ by the publication Aesthetic Everything, said: ‘For celebrities with a younger and more impressionable following, it can create pressure for people to achieve similar looks without understanding the aesthetic enhancements behind them.

‘This can then lead to issues like low self-esteem and body dysmorphia.’

DailyMail.com has reached out to the actors’ teams for comment but has not received responses.
