DRAKE is still struggling to sell his colossal $88 million mega-mansion in Los Angeles and is now renting it out for a hefty price tag.

The U.S. Sun can confirm Drake’s huge Beverly Hills property is available for $250,000 a month, according to new listings.

The lavish abode, which Drake only bought in 2022, has a sought-after 90210 zip code and offers an incredible 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.

The home, just above Benedict Canyon on the side of a mountain, spans 24,757 square feet and includes a pool, tennis court, and lush green grounds.

The Tuscan-style home also has a garage for 11 cars, its own elevator, a wine cellar, a gym, a game room, and an orchard.

Drake bought the home for $75 million and first put it up for sale just a year after purchasing it.

The home, built in 2001, was previously owned by British singer Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda, who snapped it up in 2015 for $32,670,000.

It was designed by renowned architect KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano, and it’s not clear if further changes have been made since.

The Canadian rapper, who spends more time in Toronto, has found it difficult to offload the home and it was taken off the market but it was relisted again in May last year.

Now, the property is also available for rent as he waits to find a buyer.

It also has a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast room and walk-in pantry, along with a library.

CANADIAN ROOTS

Drake also owns a 50,000-sq-ft mansion in the Bridle Path area of Toronto, known as “Millionaire’s Row,” which he calls “The Embassy.”

It features an NBA-sized court with a pyramidal skylight, often featured on the star’s Instagram account.

Meanwhile, Drake is having another headache when it comes to his long-running feud with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar.

He sued Universal Music Group for defamation this week over his rival’s diss track “Not Like Us.”

In the suit, Drake said Universal Music Group (UMG) “knew full well” the lyrics, images, and music video by Lamar accused him of being a pedophile, according to TMZ.

Drake claimed the record label went to great lengths to have the song top the charts.

The superstar also said they played a role in ensuring Lamar headlined the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, the lawsuit read.

Drake claimed the reason behind the big game slot is for Lamar to perform the diss track on the massive stage, which he calls “one of the most significant (and viewed) cultural events of the year.”

“This lawsuit is not about the artist who created ‘Not Like Us,'” the suit read.

“It is, instead, entirely about UMG, the music company that decided to publish, promote, exploit, and monetize” the song.

BOMBSHELL LAWSUIT

The lawsuit added that UMG’s campaign was “intended to convey the specific, unmistakable, and false factual allegation that Drake is a criminal pedophile, and to suggest that the public should resort to vigilante justice in response.”

The complaint also references the cover art for “Not Like Us,” which features a photo of Drake’s home in Toronto, Canada.

It is dotted with markers allegedly meant to represent the presence of registered sex offenders.

In Not Like Us, Lamar accuses Drake of being a pedophile, “Certified Lover Boy, certified pedophiles / Say, Drake, I hear you like ’em young / You better not ever go to cell block one / Tryna strike a chord and it’s probably A-minor.”

In the lawsuit, Drake also raised concerns that just days after the song was released, there was a shooting at his home in which one of his security guards was injured.

Drake has accused the label of “valuing corporate greed over the safety and well-being of its artists.”

Both Drake and Lamar are signed to Universal Music Group.

The record label has not yet responded to the lawsuit and did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The two rappers have been involved in a bitter war since last March when Lamar slammed both Drake and J. Cole during a feature on Metro Boomin’s track, “Like That.”

The situation then erupted into a full-on rap beef when Drake responded with diss songs, Push Ups and Taylor Made Freestyle.
