BLAKE Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been accused of ‘bullying’ behavior to It Ends With Us actor Justin Baldoni, according to a new lawsuit.
The lawsuit comes after Lively alleges she was sexually harassed by the Jane The Virgin actor, as well as being fat shamed and subject to misogynistic behavior from him whilst they worked together.
Baldoni has now hit back with his legal team, with strong counter allegations towards Blake and her husband.
In lawsuit documents, as seen by the Mail Online, Baldoni claims he and other producers and a representative of Sony attended a meeting at the New York Penthouse owned by Lively and Reynolds.
The legal documents claim: “They arrived eager to discuss plans for the next day’s filming, prepared with their production materials. Instead, they were blindsided by Lively and Reynolds, who presented a list of grievances that were both unanticipated and troubling.
“Reynolds launched into a tirade, berating Baldoni in what Baldoni later described as a ‘traumatic’ encounter, stating he had ‘never been spoken to like that in his life.'”
During the meeting, Baldoni claims Reynolds was aggressive and demanding an apology.
The documents continued: “When Baldoni resisted apologising for what he had not done, Reynolds became further enraged.
“Everyone, including the producer Lively had asked production to engage and a representative of Sony that was in attendance, left that ‘meeting’ in shock.
“The producer offered that in his 40-year career he had never seen anyone speak to someone like that.”
The lawsuit comes following Lively’s case against Baldoni, where she claims he fat-shamed her, showed her nude videos and pictures and talked about a previous alleged porn addiction while they were on the set of It Ends With Us.
The mum of four is said to have asked Baldoni to stop during filming of the movie.
In legal papers filed as part of her lawsuit, Lively claims she has been the victim of a deliberate campaign to smear her reputation after complaining about a toxic environment on set.
She was mocked as being tone deaf to survivors of domestic abuse and for pushing her brands during the film’s promotional tour.
Old footage also resurfaced online that showed her being supposedly rude to interviewers.
Baldoni, 40, who has previously admitted to having an “unhealthy relationship” with porn, has denied all the allegations against him.
Speaking out on his behalf, Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has also promised to file more lawsuits in the coming days.
He’s also branded the legal action by Lively as “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt”.
He said Lively was trying to “fix her negative reputation” after rumours emerged of diva-like behaviour during filming.
