According to Dr Blossom Kochhar, the “most effective” remedy for natural hair growth is the use of coconut milk.

Specifically, Dr Kochhar advises to “take coconut milk from a fresh coconut” – and not to use the liquid from a carton.

Coconut milks is rich in iron, potassium and essential fats to help nourish the hair and scalp.

Dr Kochhar recommends adding half a squeeze of lemon and four drops of essential lavender oil to coconut milk.
