Holly Willoughby is one of the main presenters on ITV’s This Morning. The 40-year-old made her debut on the show in 2009 and has remained as its co-host ever since, alongside colleague Philip Schofield. Holly always looks elegant, often showing off her fantastic figure in a tight dress or smart blazer and trousers – what are the secrets to her good looks?

This is unlike Philip, who has opened up about his diet in the past, telling the Sunday Times: “I did the 5:2 diet because I thought I’m getting a bit older and I would like to be slimmer.

“I shrunk my appetite down, and never stretched it back.”

The 5:2 diet is an intermittent fasting diet that encourages slimmers to consume a normal number of calories five days a week and just 25 percent of those calories for the other two days.

However, insiders have unveiled which diet and lifestyle changes Holly reportedly implements to her daily routine to maintain her slim figure.

Holly tried assisted curl ups, which use a pillow and a large towel to focus on alignment, lengthening the spine and connecting the deep abdominal muscles.

Additionally, a TV insider shared their observations with the Mirror in 2017, saying: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.

“You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either.”

Speaking to Prima Magazine in 2016, Holly added: “I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.

“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

Although Holly regularly posts images of herself on her Instagram page, sharing her daily or weekly outfits with fans, the This Morning co-host is careful not to share photos of her work outs.

However, fans have been treated to pictures of Holly doing pilates, skiing, and swimming on social media over the years.
