JON Gosselin has stunned fans with his dramatic body transformation – losing 50 pounds in just a few months.
Jon, 47, has exclusively revealed to The U.S. Sun that he feels healthier and more energetic, and his health kick has had a bonus side effect—his sex life is “better than ever.”
The former Jon and Kate Plus Eight star also opened up about his new health regime, the treatments that have helped him drop the pounds, and how it has improved his relationship with long-term girlfriend Stephanie Lebo, 37.
He believes the two biggest factors behind his epic weight loss have been taking the male hormone testosterone and undergoing cutting-edge CellSound treatments.
The treatment is a new noninvasive procedure that blitzes fat and tightens skin, which has become a favorite among celebrities nationwide.
The dad-of-eight says tests showed his testosterone level was drastically low, which can affect libido and energy levels.
Doctors advised him to begin injecting himself with the hormone, and he’s seeing all sorts of benefits.
‘BETTER THAN EVER’
“Testosterone is the male hormone in our male bodies, if you have low testosterone, you become lethargic and you store body fat,” he told The U.S. Sun.
“If your testosterone’s low, like mine was 200, and your average is between 800 and 1100, then no matter how hard you work out, you still store fat in your body. You’re just not gaining muscle.
“I sought out Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center and they gave me a whole blood panel and they prescribed me testosterone, and it took about two to three weeks until I started to feel more normal
like I was sleeping better.
“And I saw muscle development that was better, energy levels were increasing, my sex life was increasing – sex has been better than ever.
“And I just I felt like I wanted to, I felt feel like I did years ago.”
‘I FEEL 18 AGAIN’
Jon also says the CellSound treatment helped tighten his loose skin after losing so much weight.
“I focused on my abdomen area because when I was losing so much weight, there was extra skin, you know, where it’s flabby and stuff like that,” Jon said.
“But what CellSound does is tighten that up almost like if you got a tan, and you feel like your skin gets really tight. That’s the exact same feeling. But with CellSound, it’s evaporating that visceral fat below your skin, and then it’s tightening all that extra skin up.”
He added: “Overall, I probably feel the best I’ve ever felt in a long, long time, probably since my twenties before TV.
“And I don’t know. I’m always excited, and I feel like 18 again; it’s way different…
“Taking testosterone, CellSound to tighten my skin on my abdomen for my appearance and working out has definitely, definitely improved my libido – and [of course] my beautiful partner here, my fiance.
“You know, losing weight and us being so attracted to each other, it has definitely improved everything, our relationship and our sex life in the bedroom and out of the bedroom.”
CHANGING HIS LIFESTYLE
Jon has undergone his new health regime as part of the Wellness and Longevity Program at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, which is co-founded by Dan Holtz, the wellness expert to the stars.
Along with the program, reality star-turned-DJ has also ditched booze, started working out with a personal trainer, and has been taking Semaglutide – the generic version of Ozempic.
That said, he’s also working out non-stop and has changed his lifestyle to match.
“I also go to the gym five days a week; I have my whole workout regimen that my trainer, Fernando, planned for me,” he said.
“I have a pretty strict diet, but it’s been an overall lifestyle change that I’ve adhered to, and the Semaglutide has really just helped me along the way to maintain that diet and nutrition plan.
Losing weight and us being so attracted to each other, it has definitely improved everything, our relationship and our sex life in the bedroom and out of the bedroom.”

“I don’t eat like I used to at all. And I definitely don’t drink pretty much at all, definitely not during the week.
“And even with my gigs and stuff like that… It’s been a totally different lifestyle.
“Currently, I’m somewhere between 47 and 50 pounds [down]. It fluctuates week to week, and you might gain muscle and lose fat…
“But I feel healthy. I feel good. I just did a whole blood work panel. Everything is perfect and in line.”
STEPHANIE’S SIDE
Jon’s girlfriend Stephanie is proud of her man’s transformation and says it has been a team effort to change their lifestyles.
She said: “He knows that I liked him at any size, but I am very proud of him.
“It’s been a whole transformation in the house, too; you know I lost weight dieting with him, so I can’t say it was a bad thing.”
She agreed her and Jon’s sex life has been better than ever since he embarked on his healthy diet and testosterone shots – and encouraged couples to get their hormone levels checked and be open about issues surrounding intimacy and libido.
“I would absolutely recommend you sitting down, talking to your partner because, sometimes, it’s like, ‘Is it me?’ We all question, you know,” Stephanie said.
“But get your levels checked, you know, and it could be something so stupid as that.
“It’s not like we never had a sex life; we did.
“But you think something’s wrong with you, and he says it’s not, then you get in an argument – and it really turns out to be a medical issue.”
She then joked about Jon’s newfound sex drive: “I mean he can calm it down a little bit now because I am tired!”
NEW LOVE
Jon and Stephanie, who live together with Stephanie’s daughter, and two of Jon’s sextuplets Hannah and Collin, both 20, when they are home, first announced their relationship in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun last August.
They had been keeping the relationship under wraps for two years after meeting at a mutual friend’s party.
Jon revealed he was madly in love with Stephanie and feeling better than he had in years after his high-profile divorce from Kate Gosselin and a bitter custody battle over their eight children.
After their divorce December 2009, Collin and Hannah, went to live with their dad in Pennsylvania, while the other siblings stuck with their mother, Kate, in North Carolina.
He remains estranged from four of his sextuplets Alexis, Aaden, Leah and Joel, both 20, and older twins Mady and Cara, both 23, but spoke to The U.S. Sun yesterday about how he would love to reunite his family.
