The Kardashians star has been repeatedly accused of multiple plastic surgeries and other beauty enhancements.
Kim shared a new snap to her Instagram Sunday night.
In the relatively conservative photo, the 43-year-old took a seat in front of a mirror.
She was covered up in a black jumpsuit that gave just the slightest hint of cleavage.
Her long, black hair was pulled behind her ears, and she gave a subtle pout with her lips.
Kim didn’t provide a caption for any context, but fans in the comments section did speak up, criticizing the reality star’s look.
“Another new face,” one person bashed, as another echoed: “You don’t look like you anymore.”
“The face keeps changing,” one user added while a fourth reacted: “Looks different here to me.”
“Who is that?” a critic asked.

Kim closed out 2023 with a plethora of plastic accusations.
In December, she left fans shocked with her shrinking nose in new unedited photos while leaving a plastic surgeon’s office in Los Angeles.
The mother-of-four went makeup-free and tried to cover up with huge black sunglasses and hooded sweats.
The previous month, she sparked nose job rumors after posing for the cover of GQ’s Men of the Year issue.
In photos circulated from her outing, critics claimed her nose looked smaller than usual.
One wrote on Reddit: “She has gone way too far, there’s no coming back from this in my opinion.
“These photos really show how awfully small her nose is now and her face is so un-harmonious.”
Another added, “She has no nose anymore how is it not falling off,” and a third asked: “Where’d it go??”

Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years and has previously admitted to getting Botox.
During an interview with Allure last summer, Kim was asked if she’d had any work done.
“A little bit of Botox,” she said, pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”
She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”
Kim added: “No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.
“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”
