Moore to the Point – Saint Comey the Phony

When former FBI Director James Comey first hit my radar, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. At the time, it seemed that he was in a difficult spot, navigating a wild and wooly presidential campaign season with both nominees under investigation and a slew of questions begging to be answered. I recognized that he was privy to far more information than I and assumed – naively – that even if I didn’t agree with his handling of things, he still had the best interests of the country at heart and would go by the book.

Now that he wants us to…go buy his book, he’s making the rounds on cable news to plug it and, in the process, gave his take on the 2024 presidential election – removing any doubt as to his viability as an honest broker. When asked by Jen Psaki as to who he intended to vote for, Comey said: “It has to be Joe Biden!… The president must be someone who abides the law and our constitution. And there is no one else but Joe Biden.”

Jen Psaki: “Do you intend to vote for [Biden] again or is there anyone on the Republican side you might consider?”

You heard that right, folks. According to Saint Comey, there is no one else but Joe Biden who abides the law and our Constitution – setting aside Donald Trump (because that ship sailed), not Nikki Haley, Tim Scott; not Mike Pence or RFK Jr. Only Joe Biden. The Big Guy.

It’s a good thing Comey’s taken up fiction – because that seems to be where his talents lie.
