No matter what students are feeling—whether sad, tired, distracted or overwhelmed, they should share their emotions with someone who will listen without judging. Students should have two adults in their lives with whom they can communicate, like teacher, family member, community support person or mental health professional. This is a method that works for everybody for stress management.
