KAILYN Lowry has shared the first look at her new body after having major plastic surgery.
The Teen Mom star, 32, revealed on Instagram that she’d undergone a procedure earlier this week.
Kailyn shared a make-up free selfie showing her wearing a supportive bra and throwing up a peace sign.
She added: “4 days post op.” Kailyn also asked if her followers wanted to see “breast reduction videos”.
Mom-of-seven Kailyn first spoke of wanting a breast reduction in 2018.
Speaking on her podcast Coffee Convos, she told fans her “massive” chest was “weighing” her down.
Kailyn continued: “When my trainer came here the other day, he took all my measurements to do the weight loss stuff, I was like, he went to obviously measure my chest and stuff too, checking everything…
“I wear a 36DDD, we talked about that before, when he took my measurements, it was 44 inches!
“I don’t think I’m even wearing the right size bra. I don’t even think there is a 44DDD… I’m so big and I’m super nervous and hopeful that I can get the surgery.”
Kailyn’s operation comes just months after she revealed plans for ‘vaginal rejuvenation’ surgery’ after giving birth to seven children.
Speaking to comedian Matt Mathews on her Barely Famous podcast, she said: “I’m gonna get a little, er… vaginal rejuvenation.”
Matt joked in response: “You need it, after that! I don’t even know but, after seven, I would think so.”

Kailyn went on to say: “The last two, the twins, it was a C-section,” to which he shot back: “Oh, thank god.”
She and fiance Elijah Scott welcomed twins Verse and Valley last year.
Kailyn is also mom to Issac, 14, with ex Jo Rivera, Lincoln, ten, who she shares with ex-husband Javi Marroquin and Lux, seven, and Creed, four, with her ex Chris Lopez.
She and Elijah got engaged in August, with Kailyn saying at the time: “I couldn’t really make an announcement [about the engagement] because I couldn’t really give you a time that he asked me to marry him.
“It was just like [Elijah asking], ‘When are we going to get married?’
“It was, like, asking me to marry him all the time. And then one day he just showed up with a ring.”
