ARIANA Grande’s Wicked LEGO figure has been panned by fans who claimed the toy looks nothing like the singer.

The Thank U, Next singer stars as Glinda the Good, opposite Cynthia Erivo’s Wicked Witch of the West in the two-part film adaption of the stage musical by Stephen Schwartz and Winnie Holzman.

On Wednesday, the pop culture-dedicated X account Pop Base tweeted a photo of the Wicked LEGO figures of “Ariana Grande’s ‘Glinda’ & Cynthia Erivo’s ‘Elphaba.'”

In the comment section, fans revealed being excited about the Lego release but annoyed that the figures failed to capture the likeness of the movie’s stars.

One fan wrote, “I need my mommy to buy this for me even tho that looks nothing like ariana.”

“That’s not ariana!” asserted another who didn’t see any resemblance between the Lego Glinda and Ariana, 30.

@LEGO_Group make REAL MINI-FIGURES,” begged a third.

One excited X user tweeted, “We will all be buying the lego set!”

“Idk I wish it looked more like them,” replied a dissatisfied fan as another scolded, “So disappointed in you lego.”

Not all fans were let down by the Lego figures’ likeness to the film stars as one commenter mentioned, “This is the best Lego resemblance I have ever seen we will be buying.”

“Omg it’s so adorable,” raved another.

“They look so gooddd,” added a third in all-caps as a fourth claimed, “I want them.”

READY FOR WICKED

Wicked released its full-length trailer earlier this month, and fans are already labeling it as this year’s must-see film.

The 2003 Broadway smash, based on the 1995 novel of the same name, has been made into a movie directed by Jon M. Chu.

Part 1 of the highly-anticipated musical adaptation will be released in theaters on November 27.

The film stars Tony Award-winning star Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba Thropp, also known as the Wicked Witch of the West, and Grammy Award-winning singer Ariana as Glinda, the Good Witch.

The second part of the highly anticipated Wicked film is scheduled for a November 2025 release.

The story comes as a prequel to The Wizard of Oz, with the plot starting before Dorothy Gale arrives in Oz.

It follows the relationship between Elphaba and Glinda after the two meet at school, where Glinda attempts to sabotage the green-skinned witch.

The two develop a friendship and later Glinda and Elphaba leave school to meet with The Wizard of Oz, who promises to help Elphaba understand her strong powers.

The story explains how each witch got her name and how other characters in The Wizard of Oz – including the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion – came to be.

The Broadway musical, loosely based on the 1995 novel, was nominated for 10 Tony Awards for the 2003-2004 season.

The original Broadway production starred Frozen star Idina Menzel as Elphaba and The West Wing’s Kristin Chenoweth as Glinda.
