Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018 in St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. They welcomed their first child, August Philip Brooksbank, on February 9, 2021. The Princess made many public appearances during 2021 after giving birth to baby August and looked incredible.

But what weight loss and exercise routines does Eugenie follow?

Michael Brigo, a Personal Trainer from brigopt.com spoke to Express.co.uk about the Princess’s diet and exercise plan to keep her great figure.

He said: “As it is known, Princess Eugenie has experienced her own transformational fitness journey.

“With a combination of a healthy diet, it’s very likely her exercise regime consists of HIIT (high-intensity interval training).

“She will be doing circuits with a mixture of bodyweight cardio exercises such as jump squats, burpees, high knees and lunges.

“But this is just to name a few!”

Princess Eugenie confirmed this in 2018 when she told Harpers Bazaar: “I go to the park from 7 to 8.

“I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot.”

The Princess previously revealed she regularly shops at Waitrose and is a fan of the bakery section.

DON’T MISS:

She talked about walking past the supermarket to attend the gym in 2018: “In the morning class, I can smell the fresh croissants coming in and I’m like, ‘Don’t do this to me!'”

While many Britons might be tempted to eat fast food during their lunch break at work, Eugenie tends to choose healthy options.

While working at the art gallery ‘The Hauser & Wirth’ in Soho, Eugenie would take a nearby trip to the Detox Kitchen, which is hugely popular at lunchtime.

“They do the best food, all healthy. There’s often a queue outside,” she said.

It offers dishes such as rainbow poke bowls and lemongrass and turmeric curry.

Like everyone, Princess Eugenie also loves to indulge occasionally.

Chips and pizza are reportedly some of her favourite treats.

When it comes to eating out, Eugenie told Harper’s Bazaar: “Two of my favourite restaurants in London are Bocca di Lupo and the Palomar in Soho.

“For dinner, when I’m being good, I cook my own food.

“When I’m being really bad, it’s Basilico pizza.”

In terms of drinks, green tea is one of Eugenie’s staple daytime drinks, as well as coke and fizzy water.

But she also has a favourite alcoholic Beveridge.

The Princess said: “My favourite drink is vodka soda with loads of lime.

“Can’t beat that,” she added.

But Eugenie is also partial to Tequila, as a selection of bespoke Casamigos Tequila cocktails were served at her wedding.
