Denis Kireev was a negotiator during the Russia-Ukraine feud representing Ukraine. he was supposed to put his say in the meeting and help the two countries come down to a conclusion that could avoid physical war and killings.

Denis Kireev Shot To Death Over Negotiations
Despite the fact that social media and major web sites have begun to report the officers’ deaths on suspicion of treason, the Ukrainian government has yet to acknowledge the news.
Russia, on the other hand, claims that he was only negotiating on behalf of Ukraine and that he was not involved in any betrayal of his country. According to the statement, Ukraine assassinated its own negotiator, believing him to be a Russian spy.
