Police found Jade Marsh, also known as Jade Ward, dead on Thursday, August 26, at the property on Chevrons Road, Shotton.
Speaking at the opening of the inquest, a Home Office pathologist gave the provisional cause of death asphyxiation.
The investigation has been postponed.
Her ex-husband, Russell Marsh, 29, has been charged with her murder. He has been placed on remand and will appear at Mold Crown Court tomorrow.
