Jayana Tane Webb is a 21-year-old woman who is suspected of murdering two Pennsylvania State Police troopers and a pedestrian on I-95.

The accident happened on Monday, March 21 hours after she was pulled up for speeding. It occurred just before 1 a.m. Monday on I-95 southbound around milepost 18 near the Stadium Complex, just north of Broad Street.

Troopers stopped the lady on suspicion of drunk driving on Monday night. They did, however, allow her to leave when they were asked to assist a guy who was attempting to imperil his own life.

According to authorities, the troopers were attempting to assist Oliveras, who was strolling on the highway, into their patrol car. Unfortunately, all three were flung into the northbound lanes by Webb’s car.

Following the incident, she is charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while under the influence.

Furthermore, second-degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence, and other offenses.

Webb’s blood-alcohol level was double the legal limit at the time of the collision, according to police.

The victim was identified as Trooper Martin F. Mack III, 33, Trooper Branden T. Sisca, 29, and Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown.
