College Runners, Eli Cramer, Eli Baldy, and Alex Mortimer, were three people who were hit in a road accident caused by a drunk driver; however, there are no photos and videos of the event public yet. As of now, the drunk driver has been taken into custody by the police.

The drunk driver has been identified as Jose Efrain Hernandez Mancia, a 26-year-old man. He has been accused of a hit-and-run case. He was caught after he met a crash in the median after fleeing the scene.
