Who is Pablo Hoad?
Pablo Hoad, also 27, was arrested at an address near the scene around 1 a.m. Tuesday and has now been charged with murder.
West Midlands Police Family Liaison Officers are supporting their loved ones who have issued the following tribute.
He says: “Shannon was a much loved daughter, sister, niece and cousin.
“She had many friends who also loved her very much.
We will all miss her and ask as a family that we be allowed to grieve in private at this sad time.”
Hoad remains in police custody and is due to appear in Birmingham Magistrates Court on Thursday.
