A former employee of an elementary school in Frisco, Texas, has been arrested after police said they found “inappropriate” images at a school.
Rubén Bustillos, 60, has been accused of selling, distributing or showing material harmful to minors, according to FOX 4 Dallas.
The Frisco Police Department said the arrest occurred after finding “inappropriate” images at an elementary school, but did not say which school or what type of images were found.
Arrested and Charged
The Frisco Independent School District cooperated with the police department during the criminal investigation that led to Bustillo’s arrest.
Police said Ruben Bustillos, 60, was arrested on an obscenity-related charge; sale, distribution, or display of material harmful to a minor.

“Police became aware of the offense after inappropriate images were located at a FISD elementary school,” police said. “Working in conjunction with Frisco ISD, a criminal investigation was conducted, which subsequently led to the arrest of Bustillos.”
The images were found in a boys’ bathroom near the gym, according to the school; and fifth graders viewed the images.
