Singer Adele, 32, has undergone a health and fitness transformation in recent months after reportedly boosting her exercise regime with the help of a celebrity trainer. The evidence of her natural beauty and healthy glow can be seen in the most recent photograph she shared on her Instagram, where fans flocked to share compliments and kind words.
The starlet’s transformation is said to not have been done with the aim of weight loss but rather about “getting her healthy”.
In order to coach her through her fitness transformation, the singer reportedly enlisted the help of a fitness guru who has worked alongside Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry.
Reports state that the singer has been following 35-minute long fitness regimes five times a week.
The source told The Sunday Mirror: “Adele is feeling incredible at the moment and her weight loss is due to a lot of things but she is also been getting tips from Harley.
“Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”
Though the ‘Someone Like You’ singer has not confirmed any rumours about how she managed to shed the pounds, her former trainer Pete Geracimo has spoken out about how the starlet prioritises health.
“When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny,” said Mr Geracimo.
“It was about getting her healthy. Especially post-pregnancy and post-surgery.
“When [her album] 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13-month gruelling schedule.
“In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices. As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice.
“Her body transformation was splashed across every media outlet. The attention it generated was mind-blowing.”
Along with training, Adele also eats a healthy and balanced diet which is rich in nutrients.
It is reported that this was developed uniquely for her by her chef Jason Harley.
