Who is Emeri Ratucoko ?
A Metropolitan Police officer on duty has denied touching a woman during a night out in London.
PC Emeri Ratucoko allegedly grabbed the complainant’s chest while she was at a nightclub in Kingston, south-west London, on February 7 this year.
Prosecutors say the 37-year-old man got into an altercation with the bar manager.
Charged
Ratucoko appeared in Westminster Magistrates Court on charges of s*xual assault and use of threatening or abusive words or conduct.
He spoke to confirm his name, address in Wandsworth, southwest London, and date of birth before pleading not guilty to both charges.

He opted for a jury trial and was granted unconditional bail by District Judge Nina Tempia ahead of his next appearance in Kingston Crown Court, scheduled for August 10.
The Metropolitan Police previously said the officer, who was off duty when the incident occurred, has been assigned to restricted duty.
They added that he does not have face-to-face contact with the public and that he is not involved in the investigation of s*xual crimes.
