Renard Spivey was married to a woman named Patricia. Patricia was a student from Jack Yates High School. She also valued maintaining her physical fitness.

After a disagreement with his wife over a gun, Renard accidentally shot her and called 911 at about three in the morning.

According to news, Spivey had a gunshot wound to the leg, said the police, when authorities arrived at the scene. Sources said that after conducting additional investigation, they discovered his wife’s body, 52-year-old Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey, who had been shot.

In the charging documents read in court on Monday, Spivey reportedly told police that he and Patricia were fighting over his alleged steroid use. The two quarrelled over a gun in the bedroom closet, said Spivey. As a result, at least three shots were fired, striking Patricia twice and Renard once.

On Monday night, Renard Spivey, 63, was taken into custody on a murder accusation. Spivey is the suspect in the shooting and killing of his 52-year-old wife, Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey, on Sunday at their house in southeast Houston.

Spivey was accused of murder, and because of his background in law enforcement, the government has asked for a large bond sum. But the judge increased his bail to more than $800,000.Authorities also asked for a large bond.

The judge set Renard Spivey’s bond at $50,000 after the prosecution first asked for a bond of more than $100,000. On Wednesday afternoon, the Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy accused of killing his wife was released from custody.

But following that judgment, there was no further information available about Renard Spivey’s verdict or any indication of what he was doing or where he was at the time now.

On Monday, July 29, 2019, he was arrested for the murder of his wife, Patricia Ann Marshall Spivey. Renard claimed that he and Patricia battled over their lack of closeness throughout the day.

They allegedly quarrelled over a gun that went off during their fight, killing Patricia. Patricia was discovered dead in the closet of the main bedroom when the police arrived.

On top of a laundry basket, there was also a 9-mm handgun. She sustained two gunshot wounds, one to her arm and one to her heart and wrist contusions.

Renard had a gunshot wound to his leg, so he was brought to a nearby hospital. He said that during their fight, Patricia shot him in the leg.
