A 72-year-old woman claims people are shocked when they learn she’s not in her 20s, and credits her youthful look to eating raw foods every day, regular exercise and avoiding alcohol.

The influencer, who boasts more than 488,700 followers on TikTok, stuns viewers with videos showing off her prowess at fitness; featuring snippets of aerial yoga, flexibly swinging around a hanging hoop, and clips of her enjoying energetic dances in cropped Gen Z inspired outfits.

Keiko Guest, from Atlanta, Georgia, also has fans convinced she’s a third of her age thanks to a glowing, youthful complexion.

Despite the praise, Keiko has also admitted that she has faced off online trolls, saying that she believes it’s down to ‘jealousy and ageism’.

The social media star, who doesn’t have children and is currently single, alternates between two to three hours of gymnastics, dancing, ballet, and weight-training a week.

Keiko is also determined to maintain the physique she had in her 20s and social media users seem to agree that her technique is working.

She told the outlet that flaunting her figure online doesn’t come from a place of vanity, but because she ‘feels good and works really hard’. 

‘People tell me I look great for my age, but I don’t get approached by men as I steer well clear of bars,’ she added. ‘I am absolutely fine without a man in my life.

‘Instead I focus on myself and doing things for me and my health. Staying fit has been a priority of mine since my 30s and will continue to be so.’

While Keiko admits to having a facelift at 50 and has dabbled with Botox, her body still looks incredible thanks to her dedication to fitness.

As for her diet, she opts for raw ingredients but also likes to add seafood and dairy.

‘Looks 29 to me,’ another TikToker penned.

Someone else commented: ‘Girl you is not 72 you are more like 22.’ [sic]

Another TikToker added: ‘WHAT I THOUGHT YOU WAS 30 OR SOMETHING.’ [sic]

Elsewhere a user penned: ‘You’re an inspiration. This doesn’t happen overnight, and is way harder to achieve the older you are. This is years of dedication and hard work.’

However not everyone is so complimentary, with some disparaging Keiko’s clothing choices and calling for her to ‘be dignified’ or ‘have a hamburger’. 

‘You look very good for your age and seems very healthy too. Please, stop wearing clothes as you 16 because it looks silly,’ one user penned.

And it would seem she doesn’t need to worry, with some eight million likes across her videos, and one of her clips has raked up 7.7 million views alone.

Her content encourages fans to take care of themselves, and not ‘fear’ ageing.
