Due to concerns for a woman’s safety, officers were called to an address in Leinster Road on August 21 at around 12.40 am.

Merseyside Police reports that a 25-year-old man from St. Helens has been questioned at a police station on suspicion of supporting an offender.

All three men have already been taken into custody in relation to the investigation. In total, 15 people have been detained in connection with Dale’s passing.

Three fatal shootings occurred in Liverpool within a week last year; on August 22, nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel was shot and killed in her Dovecot home, and on August 16, 22-year-old Sam Rimmer was shot and killed in Dingle.

Joseph Peers And James Witham, the prime suspect in Ashley Dale Murder Case, has now been charged with murdering Ashley, who was killed in her back garden.

Just before 1:00 BST on August 21, Ashley Dale, 28, was discovered bleeding from a gunshot wound outside her home in Liverpool’s Old Swan neighborhood. She later passed away in a hospital.

Joseph Peers, 28, of Woodlands Road in Roby, and James Witham, 40, of Ashbury Road in Huyton, have been charged with murder and intentionally possessing a firearm.

They have an appearance scheduled in Wirral Adult Remand Court. A 25-year-old St Helens man who was previously detained on suspicion of aiding an offender is still being held, according to Police.

Dale, a Knowsley Council environmental health officer, is not thought to have been the primary target of the shooting.

In Liverpool last year, three people were shot to death in a week; her death was one of them.
