Overnight Oatmeal Berry Jars

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients
  • 1/2cup oats, quick or rolled
  • 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2cup frozen berries
  • 1dash cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1scoop nut butter or granola for topping (optional)
Directions
  1. Add the oats to a jar along with the milk and berries.

  2. Stir to combine. For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon or add vanilla extract.

  3. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

  4. Remove from fridge. Add nut butter or granola for topping if desired. Warm in microwave before eating, or enjoy oats cold. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
