Conor McGregor Called Canelo Alvarez A Little Ginger Sausage

Canelo Alvarez was described by Conor McGregor as a “little ginger sausage.” Katie Taylor’s loss to Chantelle Cameron on May 21 sparked the recent battle of words

Conor McGregor and Canelo Alvarez recently had a verbal spat. McGregor attended the event to cheer on his fellow Irish boxer. When asked about Canelo, the UFC official stated confidence that he will defeat Canelo, citing his position as a key factor. Jyder was a southpaw, and Billie Joe (Saunders) was a southpaw,” McGregor pointed out. “I’ve seen methods and things I’d do, and I know he’s waining,” McGregor continued. The super middleweight (Alvarez) defeated Saunders. Alvarez also defeated Ryder to win the world title in March 2023.

Alvarez was questioned about McGregor’s remark. He stated that he had not noticed what the Irish boxer said because he does not use social media on his phone. “But I will beat him with one hand behind my back,” the Mexican boxer added.

“Canelo, you little ginger sausage,” McGregor wrote shortly after. Don’t forget, I’d thrash you with no hands.”

McGregor has not competed since injuring his leg in a fight against Dustin Poirier in 2021. Conor, on the other hand, is poised to make a comeback with a bout against Micheal Chandler later this year.
