A personal trainer has revealed one single physical movement that could help banish stubborn bingo wings.

Bingo wings are flabby upper arms that wobble when the arm moves or shakes. The good news is that all you need to tone-up your bingo wings is a chair or bench that you have at home.

Fitness expert Orlando Alves, known on TikTok for helping people over 30 increase their longevity, lose weight and get healthier, took to the channel to explain how to do the exercise.

He said: “You’ve been complaining about your bingo wings, you don’t know what to do.

“I’m going to show you a great exercise to do in a park, or you can do it at home as simple as that.

“It’s very effective for you. You only have to use your body weight. I’m going to show you right now here. Watch me.”

The personal trainer then sits down on a bench in a park with his legs wide open. Then, he scoots down to the edge of the bench until his glutes are in the air, pushing them down to the ground while holding onto the edge. Then, he pushes back up.

He said: “Just go all the way down and push back up. I bet you can do 15 tutorial reps of that.

“So if you want to get your bingo wings better, do this. As simple as that.”

While this exercise could help you tone your arm muscles, experts often stress that you can’t target fat loss from a certain area with one exercise.

Female Fitness Coach Tina said: “There’s no such thing as spot reducing fat in any area of your body, including your belly.”

Unlike muscles, where you can specifically target areas where you want to build them, the fitness coach explained that you simply can’t target the specific spot that you want your body to lose fat from.

Fortunately, the “answer is simple” when it comes to weight loss. She explained you need to create a calorie deficit where your body is burning more calories than it’s consuming.

You can achieve this through moving more, eating less, or a combination of both.
