A fitness expert has revealed five simple at-home exercises that could tighten your thighs.

Petra Genco, known on TikTok for helping +200,000 ladies start losing weight, revealed the five movements that could tone your legs.

Taking to the social media, she said: “Older ladies, have your thighs gone wobbly? Then do these five exercises three to four times a week.”

Here’s everything you need to know:

1. Left knee up

The expert demonstrated the first exercise starting in a standing position with her feet next to each other. From there, she stepped out with her left foot, then returned the same foot back to the right foot and lifted her left knee up.

2. Right knee up

The second exercise is a repetition of the first movement, but this time you use your right foot to step out, return it to your left foot and then lift the right knee up. The expert recommended doing each exercise for 30 seconds.

3. Step backs

For the starting position, you need to tilt your upper half forward and keep your feet next to each other on the floor.

From here, you use your left foot to step backwards and then you return it to the original position. After, you repeat the same movement with your right foot. Genco recommended repeating this movement two more times.

4. Right leg lifts

For the fourth movement, the expert kept her upper half tilted forward and her left leg slightly bent in the knee, while her right leg was stretched backwards. Then she bent the stretched leg in the knee and lifted it upwards, putting all the weight on the left leg.

5. Left leg lifts

The last exercise is a repetition of the fourth movement, but this time you swap your legs and use the left knee to go up.

The fitness expert also recommended eating fresh homecooked food and drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
