AMANDA Bynes has cleared out her social media as fans worry about her mental health.
Amanda, 37, had her first public struggle with mental health in 2013 when she had some run-ins with the law and had to be put on a psychiatric hold.
Since then, she’s been working on improving her mental health and getting her life back on track.
Although she’s still hit some roadblocks, the Nickelodeon star has been working on new projects and her podcast.
However, fans have a new growing concern after she deleted all of her posts on Instagram.
Amanda’s page used to have at least a dozen photos and reels of her podcast, hanging out with friends, and selfies – but now they’re all gone.
She still has six Instagram Story highlights available for fans to view including photos of her dog and a highlight titled, “I’m fat RN.”
That highlight features an Instagram Story she posted last week where she admitted she gained weight due to her depression.
It also revealed her plan to get down to 110 pounds, although she’s currently 162 pounds.
After the new Quiet On Set documentary about Nickelodeon was released, Amanda was trusted back into the spotlight.
Many fans wanted to hear her stories from when she worked with the infamous writer and producer Dan Schnieder.
So far, Amanda has kept silent on the topic, but there has been a growing concern for the star, especially since her social media wipeout.
A worried fan on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote, “Amanda Bynes completely cleared her Instagram, i just hope she’s ok.”
Others have been begging other social media to stop asking Amanda to speak out as it might be “triggering” for her.
Some of her co-stars from All That and The Amanda Show have already revealed the mistreatment they endured on set.
The former child actors talked about the favoritism, racism, and sexual abuse they suffered.
BAD TIME OF YEAR
About a year ago, in June 2023, police received a phone call about a woman in distress.
That woman was Amanda, and she was taken into custody for a mental health evaluation, according to TMZ.
It was later confirmed that the child star called 911 on herself to be evaluated by professionals.
According to eyewitnesses, she was calm during the incident but also somber.
She was transported to the police station in the back of a cop car before her evaluation.
Only a few weeks before, Amanda was seen wandering the streets without any clothes on.
Once she was found in downtown Los Angeles, she was rushed to the hospital.
At the moment, she was cognisant enough to flag down a car and tell the driver she was nearing the end of a psychotic episode.
She then called 911 on herself, again.
She was kept on a psychiatric hold for several days before being released.
