JENNA Jameson has posted a new before and after photo flaunting the major change in her appearance.
On Monday, Jenna, 49, shared a post on Instagram to show off her progress.
Her caption read, “How’s your mental health? Mine is flourishing, and in turn, so is my health.
“I refuse to allow perimenopause to kick my ass!”
Perimenopause is the time when a woman’s period stops, and the transition can last two to ten years, according to Johns Hopkins.
In addition to a changing menstrual cycle, a woman can have physical and emotional symptoms.
The former adult film actress seems to have both her physical and mental health under control based on her caption.
In the post, Jenna shared a photo from a while ago, the time was undisclosed in the post, and a recent picture of her.
Both pictures show her posing for the camera while wearing jeans and the same white graphic T-shirt.
She could be seen standing with one hand on her hip and one in her long blonde hair in the photos.
All of the tattoos covering her arms were also visible in the pictures.
Her before picture showed Jenna looking beautiful, but she clearly lost a lot of weight before taking the second photo.

In the comments of the social media post, Jenna’s fans showed her a ton of support.
One said, “You look great girl. How long did it take for you to notice a difference in your weight loss.”
“Mental health is as important as physical health we must work both not always easy in this world of ours but is quite doable!” added another.
A third said, “You look beautiful in both photos, but you look happier and healthier now.”
MOVING ON UP
Over the weekend, Jenna posted another photo flaunting her hundred-pound weight loss.
She shared an action shot of her whipping her hair while wearing a skintight athleisure outfit.
She captioned the post, “Pretty intense elevation for this eclipse. Let’s go Aries season.”
The photo was taken in her backyard as she wore a bright yellow matching workout set.
Her notable blonde hair and tattoos were in full view in the pictures as she showed off her tined body.
Fans in the comment section of that post gushed over the model and complimented her appearance.
