WYNONNA Judd has shared a rare photo alongside her younger sister, Ashley, and fans are loving the sweet family moment.
The Why Not Me singer seldom shares pics with her actress sibling.
Wynonna, 70, shared a collection of photos reflecting on the month of June.
She kicked the carousel of snaps off with a pic of her posing alongside singer Zach Bryan.
Elsewhere in the post, the Love Can Build a Bridge singer shared a snap of her and Ashley, 56.
The pair appeared to be enjoying some time in nature.
The High Crimes star was sitting on the ground in a wooded area while Wynonna sat in a lawn chair.
She had a thermos in her hand and there appeared to be outdoor gear on the ground nearby.
Wynonna and Ashley were both smiling in the pic.
The collection of photos ended with a snap that showed Wynonna tucking into what looked like a margarita.
She appeared to be at a restaurant, sitting outside.
She had on a black outfit with a black baseball cap covering her face.
FANS REACT
The comments were flooded with kind words from fans.
“Did yall just go camping? Like us normal people?? I would FALL OUT if I saw yall at a campsite next to mine!” one supporter posted.
“Happiness,” another shared.
Wynonna Judd’s past health issues
Wynonna has spoken openly about her past health issues.
In 2010, the country music icon opened up about her drastic 55-lb weight loss.
In March of that year, doctors found two blood clots in her lungs due to complications from surgery where she had to repair damage to her stomach muscles.
Wynonna was also involved in a scary car accident while traveling to perform at an event.
After that, she was “determined to live a healthier lifestyle.”
Wynonna participated in a brain state conditioning which can help patients not turn to food in stressful situations.
“My weight was a symptom and not the problem,” Wynonna told People.
“I used food to soothe and reward and I don’t do that anymore.”
Twelve years later in 2022, Wynonna canceled a performance due to an “extreme bout of vertigo.”
I am working so hard on my mental, physical and spiritual well-being,” she wrote in a video posted on Instagram. “I have a great team, and I’m really blessed and I’m broken, and I’m working really hard at self-care, which is not selfish; it’s sacred.”
In February 2023, she had to pause a concert performance because she was dizzy.
“I’m really dehydrated and I’m having a hard time, so hang on a second. This has never happened before,” she said.
She sat on a stool for the remainder of her setlist.
Later that year at the CMA awards, Wynonna caused fan concern after gripping Jelly Roll’s arm during their duo performance of his hit single, Need A Favor.
I’m just going to come clean with y’all. I was so freaking nervous,” she said on social media.
“I got out there, and I looked at Jelly Roll. I wanted it to be so good for him. I could cry right now, but I’m not going to because I’m such a fan of his and he asked me to sing, and I said, ‘Absolutely!’ I got out there, and I was so nervous that I just held on for dear life. And that’s the bottom line.”
“Love this & love yall,” a third fan gushed.
“You look fantastic! Keep on keeping on,” someone else wrote.
“Love you and your sister and these amazing pictures! Thanks for sharing!! Happy July!!” a fifth fan praised.
“Love the pic with Ashley, so chill,” a sixth commenter posted.
WORRIED FOR WYNONNA
In May, Wynonna performed during the American Idol Season 22 finale.
The country star sang alongside Emmy Russell, performing a rendition of Coal Minder’s Daughter.
Some viewers worried that Wynonna was struggling with a health issue, noting that she seemed to be “off.”
She shared photos of her outfit for the show on social media, including a black cowboy hat embellished with blue stones and black feathers.
She wore a long, black blazer with matching stones on the lapel, pockets and sleeves and finished the look off with a white button-up and flared black pants.
The Instagram post included two full-body photos that showed her standing in front of an American Idol step-and-repeat and one close up.
The stones on her outfit matched the backdrop behind her, which she alluded to in her caption.
“Did we plan wardrobe around @AmericanIdol or did they plan around me?” she wrote.
Fans praised her in the comments.
“I swear you don’t age!!!! And you can rock a hat like no other!!” one gushed.
“You look STUNNING!! It was a WONDERFUL surprise to see you on American Idol singing with Emmy,” a second praised.
“Just when you think she can’t get any hotter,” a third posted.
“You were stunning and I absolutely loved your performance,” someone else shared.
While many enjoyed the performance, others were concerned for her.
The Young Love crooner looked stylish as she took the stage but some felt she looked as though she was struggling to move around.
Fans were quick to point out Wynonna’s persona on X, formerly Twitter, with many expressing worry.
“Wynonna Judd really didn’t move at all during her song. It was slightly disturbing,” one person posted on the platform.
“Something’s off with Wynonna,” a second wrote.
“@Wynonna is DEFINITELY hiding some kind of health issue on @americanidol,” a third wrote.
Others thought her behavior mimicked what they saw when she performed with Jelly Roll in November 2023.
As the two sang together at the CMA Awards, Wynonna grabbed onto Jelly Roll’s jacket, which led some viewers to speculate she was battling vertigo.
“Wynonna has vertigo and you could see in her eyes she was having it. The lights flashing will set it off. I have it and flashing lights no way. Glad Jelly realized it and held onto her. She also had a grip on him,” one person pointed out online.
“She appears to be needing to hang on him for balance and almost looked like a mannequin while performing. Hoping it’s not something medical that’s bad going on,” another worried.
Wynonna set the record straight in a statement online.
Speaking directly into the camera in a selfie-style video, she shared, “I’m just gonna come clean with y’all. I was so freaking nervous.”
“I got out there and I looked at Jelly Roll. I wanted it to be so good for him.
“I could cry right now, but I’m not going to because I’m such a fan of his and he asked me to sing and I said, ‘Absolutely!'”
“I got out there and I was so nervous that I just held on for dear life. And that’s the bottom line,” she continued.
She assured fans that “all is well.”
