At first, the woman was unidentified as she was one of three people tubing down the Willamette River outside of Portland, Oregon.

Days later, it was confirmed that the woman was Naomi.

According to KEZI9 News, at the time of the accident, Naomi was not wearing a lifejacket when the three tied tubes hit a tree in the water, which caused Noami to go underwater and not resurface.

On Saturday night around 8:25 pm, police found Naomi’s body underwater.

It was revealed that a strong undercurrent kept her body from being found.

The other two people involved, including Naomi’s husband Kyle Linden Webster, survived.

‘SO SAD TO HEAR THIS’
