Kimberly Guilfoyle has never confirmed whether she has gotten any work done, but her followers are convinced she has, and they’re begging her to stop. After making her appearance at the 2024 RNC, people took to social media to call out what they believe is excessive plastic surgery, Botox, fillers, and more. One person wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, “I so wish Kimberly Guilfoyle would stop plumping her lips, wearing fake eyelashes, and that black shadow. She’d look so much younger and prettier, if she would.”
It’s obvious that since her marriage to Gavin Newsom ended, Guilfoyle’s looks have changed dramatically, and people are not a fan. One person tweeted, “I don’t know about y’all but that poor girl, Kimberly Guilfoyle needs to stop all that plastic surgery. She was a beautiful woman but now, that’s just sad.”
The 2024 RNC wasn’t the first time that her appearance has been called into question. In 2023, in a now-deleted post, Guilfoyle was called out for what many believed was too much plastic surgery during a charity event. One person shared (via OK! Magazine), “[Kimberly Guilfoyle] you’re my favorite victim of shoddy plastic surgery! Number one in my book!” Again, Guilfoyle has never commented on the plastic surgery and cosmetic gossip, but it hasn’t stopped people from believing that she has had a little too much work done.
