AMANDA Bynes has stepped out sporting a new look, and fans can hardly recognize the former Nickelodeon star.
The She’s the Man star has changed up her hair color once again and added some new tattoos to her collection.
Amanda, 38, was spotted out for a stroll in Hollywood, California, rocking long black hair as she enjoyed a casual stroll.
The star had makeup on her face, which covered up some of the tattoos she’s gotten in recent years.
She also appears to have gotten some new ink, adding at least one large tattoo to her leg.
Amanda donned a casual outfit as she enjoyed her walk.
She was pictured in a grey cropped T-shirt and beige baggy shorts.
The former TV star had long nail extensions on that glistened as her hands hung down by her sides.
Amanda revealed to fans that she had returned to school to study cosmetology further after failing the state exam to become a manicurist.
She shared the news in a rare Instagram update earlier this week, telling her followers: “Since I haven’t passed the board exam yet to get my manicurist license I started back at school to study manicurist theory and to practice doing acrylics before I take the test again so I’ll be good to go when I get a job at a nail salon.”
She previously attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in 2018 but switched to studying cosmetology in 2022.
An insider shared details about her quest to become a manicurist with Bang Showbiz.
“She graduated almost two years ago but didn’t immediately apply for her license. She needs to practice doing acrylics and study manicurist theory to pass the board exam,” the source said.

SOCIAL MEDIA SCRUB
In early April, Amanda scrubbed her Instagram account, causing some followers’ concerns.
The What a Girl Wants actress left six Story highlights on her page, including photos of her dog and one highlight titled, “I’m fat RN.”
The latter featured a Story she posted where she confessed that she had gained weight due to her depression.
She revealed that at the time she weighed 162 pounds.
Before deleting all the posts on her Instagram, she also shared a rare photo of herself smiling at the camera.
The snap showed the former child star wearing grey leggings, a white jacket, and a beanie as she sat cross-legged in a chair on a balcony.
QUIET ON SET
Amanda’s online activity came after the release of a shocking documentary called Quiet On Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.
The HBO Max docuseries uncovered toxic behavior behind the scenes on Nickelodeon in the 90s.
The series focused heavily on Amanda’s relationship with producer Dan Schneider, revealing how young she was when her television career began.
Although Amanda did not appear in the docuseries, it did raise questions about whether she had the same experiences on set as other stars.
Drake Bell, who got his start alongside Amanda, opened up about the abuse he suffered by the hands of dialogue coach Brian Peck.
Several others also came forward about how they were treated by Brian and Dan.
Amanda hasn’t made a statement about the documentary since its release, though fans have pleaded with her to speak.
