SARAH Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. fans have gushed about the couple’s ageless appearance.
On Sunday, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star posted a photo on Instagram celebrating her and Freddie’s wedding anniversary.
Sarah, 47, captioned the post, “22 @realfreddieprinze,” adding the clinking champagne glasses, an engagement ring, and a bride emojis.
The couple tied the knot on September 1, 2002, after dating for two years.
Sarah and Freddie, 48, met while filming the teen slasher flick I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997).
The photo showed the Scooby-Doo (2002) actors grinning at the camera in a tropical locale.
Freddie leaned toward the camera while standing behind his wife and holding her sides.
The She’s All That star sported a gray T-shirt that matched his salt-and-pepper hair.
Sarah smiled wide and flaunted her svelte figure in a spaghetti-strap dress as she held her husband’s hands.
The simple but classy dress featured a white lace upper attached to its black top and a contrasting, white silk lower portion.
In the comment section, one fan wrote, “The two of you just don’t age. You look like kids.”
“Maybe they’re secretly vampires,” teased another, adding, “Hmm did Buffy slay the vampire or did he.”
One fan claimed that the pair appeared to be aging in reverse, writing, “Benjamin Buttons both of you.”
Another commented, “Dude the fact that you two defined my childhood and now to see Fred actually married Daphne is real life cinema.”
“I love how real you two are!! What a great example in “Hollywood”
Love you both so much!” wrote a second.
“I hate when people say ‘goals’ but you guys really are!” mentioned a third.

ANOTHER SUMMER?
Last month, the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot was announced with Jennifer Love Hewitt in talks to reprise her role.
Freddie Prinze Jr. is also tapped to return as his character, Ray Bronson.
Sony has cast Outer Banks actress Madelyn Cline, 26, and Riverdale star Camila Mendes, 30, in the lead roles, per The Hollywood Reporter.
Also in negotiations are Tony Award nominee Sarah Pidgeon, Atlanta’s Tyriq Withers, and The Little Mermaid (2023) star Jonah Hauer-King,
Scheduled for theatrical release on July 18, 2025, the Jennifer Kaytin Robinson-directed slasher remake may also see Jennifer Love Hewitt, 45, and Freddi reprise their roles.
Jennifer and Freddie previously returned to the series in the 1998 sequel, I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, but skipped out on 2006’s I’ll Always Know What You Did Last Summer – as it featured an all-new cast and did not see a theatrical release.
In 2021, Amazon debuted a series based on the property – it also excluded the original film’s lead actor but the show was canceled in January 2022 after one season.
The model for the new take on slasher flick is the 2022 Scream reboot, which saw several members of the original cast act alongside young up-and-comers, per the outlet.
GELLAR GONE
Sarah Michelle Gellar revealed she won’t be part of the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the actress squashed rumors that she was in talks to return to the film, even though her friend Jennifer Kaytin Robinson is directing it.
“As I explained to Jennifer, I am dead. I am dead dead. On ice,” Sarah said of her character Helen Shivers and the violent way she was killed off in the 1997 film.
The actress continued, “She’s like, ‘Are you sure you’re dead dead?’ I’m like, ‘It’s soap-dish dead. I don’t have a head! You can’t write for someone that doesn’t have a head. I’m dead.'”
In the interview, the Cruel Intentions star talked about how she and her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. recently watched the movie again.
“My husband is starting a podcast going over old horror movies and the first one that they’re doing on his podcast is I Know What You Did Last Summer,” she revealed.
Sarah continued, “So he was at the house watching it and I honestly don’t think that I’d seen it since it came out.
“I was watching that scene when she’s like two seconds away from getting to the party and then they get her.”
