ROB Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter Dream’s trademarks for her brand have been abandoned despite the 7-year-old walking in her first fashion show earlier this month.
Rob, 37, shares daughter Dream, 7, with ex-fiancee Blac Chyna, 36.
The U.S. Sun previously reported five trademarks in Dream’s name were filed in February 2019 under “Kardashian Incorporated.”
Now, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal all five of the trademarks in Dream’s name were abandoned on September 12, 2022.
Papers obtained by United States Patent and Trademark Office reveal the trademarks were abandoned because the office “did not receive within six months of the Notice of Allowance issue date: A Statement of Use; or a Request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use.”
One of the trademarks is for “non-medicated skin care preparations” including “skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers, skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath and body powders,” according to United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Cosmetics is also under the trademark and include “fragrances, hair care preparations, hair styling preparations, nail polish, nail polish remover and nail care preparations.”
The second trademark covers clothes including “coats, dresses, footwear, headwear, jackets, jumpers, loungewear, rompers, scarves, shirts, sweaters, undergarments, socks, hosiery, swimwear, cloth bibs, gloves, sleepwear, one piece garment for infants and toddlers and costumes for use in children’s dress up play.”
The third trademark covers advertising services such as promoting and endorsing the brands.
The trademark also includes, “Retail store services featuring gifts, general consumer merchandise, apparel, apparel accessories, toys, sporting goods, skincare and fragrances.”
The fourth trademark under the Dream Kardashian name includes “entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a celebrity.”
As for the final trademark, the goods and services include toy figures, doll accessories, dolls, playsets for action figures, bath toys, puzzles, party games, toy jewelry, puppets, children’s educational toys for developing fine motor and cognitive skills, musical toys, toy food, toy cookware, toy cameras, baby gyms, playground balls, sport balls and more.
Rob gave consent as the “parent of Dream Kardashian, a minor” for the “registration of Dream Kardashian’s name and/or nickname to Kardashian Incorporated.”
Rob was listed as the CEO and President of the trademarks.
A rep for the Kardashian family did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
BIG DREAMS
This comes after Dream walked in her first fashion show for Zeus & Lexi Kids on September 7 at New York Fashion Week.
Dream launched her Instagram account ahead of the show, as the bio says the page is “run by parents.”

MESSY SPLIT
Rob and Blac Chyna, who now goes by her birth name Angela White, appear to be co-parenting well after years of tension.
In 2022, Rob revealed over social media that he is the primary caregiver of Dream after Chyna, who is also mom to son King Cairo, with her ex Tyga, complained she gets “no child support” from her baby daddies.
Rob fired back over X, “I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. Handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities.
“I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would I pay child support lol.”
Black Chyna was also in a heated legal war with Rob’s family after suing Kris and Kylie Jenner, and Kim and Khloe Kardashian for $100 million in lost earnings.
She sued the reality stars for defamation and contract interference after claiming they had her E! show, Rob & Chyna, canceled after one season.
A jury found none of the family members defamed or interfered with Blac Chyna’s E! contract.
