MOB Wives star Natalie DiDonato called her friend Renee Graziano from a blocked number and seemed “stressed” on the day she went missing.
Renee, 56, exclusively spoke with The U.S. Sun, and explained she and Natalie, 44, have remained close in the years since Mob Wives ended in 2016.
In fact, they were in touch just last week while the star was in Las Vegas, Renee claimed.
“I spoke to her on the 14th, and I spoke to her again on the 17th,” she told The U.S. Sun.
“When I spoke to her, she sounded very stressed out, very upset.”
On the 14th, Renee said Natalie texted her: “Thank you. I got a hold of my friend, and if worst case I hop on a plane.”
The reality star failed to board a flight home to Florida from Las Vegas earlier this month.
Renee, who was battling an illness, said she didn’t speak to Natalie again until the 17th, as she had missed her calls in the days in between.
“So she was in Las Vegas on the 14th, and when I spoke to her on the 17th, she called me from a blocked number.”
Natalie was found on Wednesday, her mother confirmed to TMZ, claiming the reality star told her she had been robbed of her ID, bag, and phone.
The family is now working on getting her home to Florida without identification, the outlet reported.
MYSTERIOUS NUMBER
Renee said when they had spoken on the 14th, Natalie alerted her that her next calls could be from a blocked number.
“She had told me on the 14th, that ‘If a blocked number comes up, it’ll be me,’ so I answered. She was very stressed at that point, but she said that she was going home,” Renee continued.
According to Renee, many people are seriously concerned about Natalie’s disappearance.
“I’m highly concerned for my friend and I’m working with Ben who reported her missing.”
Renee described Ben as Natalie’s “very dear friend.”
She said she is working alongside Ben and another friend in chasing down information about Natalie.
“We have a group chat and we inform each other about everything we find, because we’re all looking.”
Renee said a former producer from Mob Wives has also been heavily involved in locating Natalie.
“He’s called coroner, hospitals, we are all involved.”
“For me, it’s just highly alarming that we have to worry about getting an Uber. We have to worry about strangers. There’s more things than ever to worry about in our lifetime.
“And the bottom line is, the girl went missing in Las Vegas, and nobody has spoken to her since the 17th.”
“I’m just nervous. I’m nervous, I’m very exhausted right now. This is a mother’s worst nightmare,” said Renee, who is mom of one son.
Details about Natalie’s exact circumstances were not immediately available.
Mob Wives show producer Jennifer Graziano also told The U.S. Sun that everyone from the show is very concerned about Natalie’s disappearance.
