A large study of 400,000 people in the United States found that people who drank coffee daily were less likely to die from any cause than people who cut back on caffeine.

However, if you tend to eat half a dozen cups or more, the scale begins to shift toward risk. People who regularly drink a lot of coffee may be setting themselves up for some health complications.

Drinking more than 6 doses of espresso every day can increase your risk of heart disease by up to 22%, according to a study.
